AVM Productions is one of the world's most prolific production houses having churned out more than 300 films in all Indian languages. It's almost a decade since the company produced big hero films such as Rajinikanth's 'Sivaji', Vijay's 'Vettaikaaran' and Suriya's 'Ayan'.
AVM is now backing a new film titled 'Antha Naal' starring Aryan Shyam in the lead who is the son-in-law of A.V.M. Saravanan's son M.S.Guhan. Superstar Rajinikanth launched the film's first look poster of the film and wished the team the very best. It is worth mentioning that 'Antha Naal' is one of the cult classics of Sivaji Ganesan produced by AVM and released in 1954 in which the legend played a traitor who functions as a spy for the Japanese.
The new 'Antha Naal' directed by Vivi is about a film director played by Aryan Shyam and his assistant directors who go into a building to discuss a story and get trapped there. Leema Babu and Aadhya play the female leads while Rajkumar of 'Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom' is playing an important character. One of the highlights of the film is that the car used by Rajinikanth in 'Sivaji' features prominently in the film.
