Collecting a handsome 35.74 crore weekend to its kitty.. one of the most awaited franchise of the year Marvel`s 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' is on a roll making the trade circuits of bollywood worried.

Opening on Friday with a 10.98 crores, the movie further pegged on 11.85 crores on Saturday. With Sunday growing further with a collection of Rs 12.91 crores. Taking the total 3 day collection to a stunning RS 35.74 Crores.

However there is a divided opinion on Hollywood`s recent ability to surpass Bollywood at the box office. A week ago, Fast and Furious has entered the coveted 100 crore club and Avengers is likely to bring in big moolahs.

Prominent trade analyst and b-town market veterans have given interesting comments on the same Amod Mehra twitted, "Success of #FF7 has encouraged Universal to make the next franchise edition in Hindi. As the hero they signed.. no not Salman.. his driver.."

Komal Nahata twitted, "Avengers : Age Of Ultron opens very big in India. What a terrific start. Bollywood needs to pull up its socks. First, Fast&Furious 7, now Avengers. If Avengers Age Of Ultron can open to packed houses even in a small centre of Bihar, like Hajipur, Bollywood needs to be worried very much!

'Avengers : Age Of Ultron' performance is the HIGHEST 3 day Hollywood film box office collection till date in India and is almost 3 times bigger than 2012's Avengers.

Avengers: Age Of Ultron's box office performance is a stupendous achievement despite a non holiday and limited release of 1500 screens across India, lesser than Fast and Furious 7 which had 2500 screens.
