'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' rakes in 49.9 crore in six days

The most awaited film of the year, Marvel's 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' has already created box office records with a spectacular superhero' 3 day opening according to trade indicators!

Trade and key industry expert sources have claimed that the film which opened to glowing critical reviews claiming it to be THE action superhero flick of all time, amassed approximately a Friday opening of Rs 10.98 crores coming after unprecedented advance openings and theater bookings. They further pegged Saturday's figures at a staggering 11.85 Crores net, and adding to the grand tally was Sunday's spectacular collection of Rs 13.17 Crores taking the total 3 day collection to a stunning RS 35.74 Crores, the highest ever 3 day collection for Hollywood!

And its weekday collection too have been rock steady with a trade figure of Monday's RS 5.4 crores, Tuesday's Rs 4.6 Crores and Wednesday's Rs 3.9 crores with taking its grand 5 day tally to RS 49.9 Crores!

Avengers: Age Of Ultron's box office performance is a stupendous achievement despite a non holiday and limited release of 1500 screens across India, lesser than 'Fast and Furious 7' which had 2500 screens.
