While the whole world is waiting for 'Avatar: The Way of Water', the sequel to James Cameron's 2009 film 'Avatar' to hit the theatres this December, the director has revealed a super update on avatar 4.

Cameron informed fans that production on Avatar 4 has started "We mixed the schedules for 2 and 3 together, based on the types of scenes and the environments." He continued, "I said, let's just treat it like it's a six-hour miniseries and we're only going to go to Frankfurt once. We're going to shoot all the scenes from 2 and 3 at the same time. That was more or less the motif,"

It is also notable that a special screening of the coming movie's footage was played to the attendees of the Expo. The video from Avatar 2 showcased the lush and beautiful world of the creatures known as the Na'vi. The footage showed the Na'vi swimming in the world of Pandora and watching a video of Sigourney Weaver's Dr. Grace Augustine. It also showed combat in the woods of Pandora, a conversation and argument between Zoe Saldana and Sam Worthington's characters, and more strife between the Na'vi.

The film stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Michelle Rodriguez, and Sigourney Weaver. Sam, Zoe, and Sigourney return in the sequel, with Kate Winslet, Michelle Yeoh, and Vin Diesel joining the cast. The film releases on December 16, 2022.
