Deva Katta's political satire, Autonagar Surya's shoot began on the 14th. The producer K Atchi Reddy said that the regular shoot of the movie was kick-started and some crucial action sequences are being shot in this schedule in Hyderabad.

Naga Chaitanya and Samantha play the lead roles. The shoot will go on regularly and the producer is planning to release the movie in the summer of 2012.

Brahmanandam, Sai Kumar, Jayaprakash Reddy, MS Narayana, Raghubabu, Ajay, Venu Madhav, Brahmaji, Jiva, Master Bharat and others are also seen in the film.

Gautham Raju is the editor; Cinematography is by Srikanth; Music is by Anup; Action is by Ram-Lakshman and art is by Ravindar.

It will be presented by RR Movie Makers. Deva Katta lends the story, screenplay and dialogues as well.
