Call it bizarre or out-of-the-box, but a negotiator reportedly proposed that the lottery method is used to settle certain differences between the producers of 'LIE', 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri' and 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka'.
As reported by an English-language daily, there have been disagreements among Anil Sunkara, D Suresh Babu and Bellamkonda Suresh regarding when to ideally release the movies of Nithiin, Rana and Sai Srinivas.
Even discounting the fact that it's going to be a long weekend, all three movies hitting on one day (August 11th) might turn out to be a race to the bottom. However, nobody is ready to blink first, despite Suresh Babu's initial efforts towards a friendly compromise.
As a result, a lottery was supposed to be picked, on the basis of which release date of each film would have to be reshuffled.
But the proposal came a cropper.
Will there be a last-minute advancement of one of the films? Wait and watch!
