The story line for this ‘Attempt to Murder’ – ATM Kannada cinema is the happening in an ATM (Any Time Money) machine. A woman of 45 years Jyothi Uday was attacked in an ATM booth in November 2013. To this tale director Amar added love story to make it commercially viable.
 
At the audio release of the film ‘Attempt to Murder’ super star Yash recalling the incident said he was disturbed for a few days after hearing to this incident of an attack. Reacting to trailer Yash stated that there is very good effort from the team. I was surprised to see Hemalatha coming to acting. 

Chandu and Shobita are also from TV acting to cinema. We need five or six heroes. There is space in Kannada filmdom Yash disclosed in his address. Later Yash was honored with garland, silver plaque, gold color shawl.

This film was shot in 45 days in Bengaluru and Banneraghatta. He is basically an animation graduate.The subject strength is my confidence says producer SV Narayan.

Chandu hailing from small screen like the other two heroines Shobita and Hemalatha says it is a big opportunity for him in the career. He plays an innocent cab driver. For no mistake of mine I will be locked in trouble. Shobita and Hemalatha are having heroine and journalist role respectively.

Vinay best friend of Yash is a theatre artist. It has been 15 years long dream to get in to cinema. He plays a tough investigative officer in this film. He is basically civil engineer.
