Industry sources confirm that 'Attarintiki Daredi' is the highest first week grosser in TFI and the figures of the shares all around the world look mind boggling. The film is all set to hit the 50 Crore benchmark for the revenue share in the first week itself. As the first week run for the film ends, the figures stand like this: AP: 35.05 Cr; Karnataka: 4.01 Cr; Rest Of India: 1.58 Cr; Overseas: 8.60 Cr, totaling to Rs. 49.24 Crores.

Several factors including the sympathy, anti-piracy sentiment, lack of big ticket films, lack of any attempts from the activists, adding to the mid week holidays looked to have added to the non stop entertainment for 2 hours and half from Pawan Kalyan – Trivikram combination. Though some cynics complained that it’s a poor show of Trivikram resorting to slapstick comedy, fans took it in their stride and posted huge support for their idol. As the latest reports are in, the film has seen a drop in some areas but going strong in many others. If the run continues, this could well be the film that launches the 100 Crore club in Telugu.
