Silambarasan TR is not only a leading actor in Kollywood but also an accomplished playback singer. He has sung many hit numbers in his films and in the movies of other heroes as well. Now, the latest hot news is that STR crooned a song for Thalapathy Vijay for the first time in 'Varisu'.

Indiaglitz already broke to you that Simbu will be singing a song in Varisu. As we reported earlier, the production house broke the internet today by making the news official with a new poster. They wrote, "Thank You @SilambarasanTR_ sir for making #TheeThalapathy much more special with your voice! #VarisuSecondSingle from Tomorrow 4 PM" (sic).

The movie's producer, Sri Venkateswara Creations, officially announced the second single release date yesterday. Thaman has scored music in Varisu, directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The song titled 'Thee Thalapathy' will be unleashed tomorrow at 4 PM, marking the completion of 30 years in the Thuppakki actor's cinema career.

Varisu is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film with Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady. It also stars Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Shaam, Srikanth, Yogi Babu, Prabhu, SJ Suryah, Khushbhu, Sangeetha, Jaysudha, Samyuktha, Ganesh Venkatraman and others. The movie's shooting was wrapped recently and it is on track for a grand release on Pongal 2023.
