An anonymous group has been charged by Mumbai Police for allegedly stealing and releasing clips of forthcoming film "Jawan" starring Shah Rukh Khan, the police said. The Delhi High Court directed an investigation after a complaint from Red Chillies Production Company's Shah Rukh Khan over leaked videos which circulated on specific Twitter accounts and were subsequently removed by courts. CFO Pradeep Nimani stated in the complaint that clips were shared through specific handles.
The Mumbai Police filed an FIR under IPC Section 379 and the IT Act. Meanwhile, SRK unveiled a teaser for "Chaleya," the second song from "Jawan." Directed by Atlee and starring SRK, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi, the film releases on September 7 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Nayanthura's role as a police officer adds some intrigue, alongside Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra and Ridhi Dogra. Following the success of "Pathaan" does not hold much anticipation, "Jawan" holds much in terms of awaiting its release date.
Apart from "Jawan," SRK will star in Rajkumar Hirani’s forthcoming release, "Dunki" alongside Taapsee Pannu. The film’s release date has not been announced. This will be SRK's second release in 2023 after a four-year gap. After legal action against leaked clips, SRK fans eagerly wait for the action-packed "Jawan" which seems poised to continue the star's successful return to silver screen.
