'Athiran' trailer will freak you out!

After scaring us with an intriguing teaser, the makers of Fahadh Faasil-Sai Pallavi starrer upcoming horror-thriller 'Athiran' has been released online. The 1 minute 46 seconds video opens with Fahadh Faasil's character, a medical practitioner, trying to explore a mysterious psychiatric hospital where he has been newly appointed.

The trailer offers plenty of thrilling moments and also gives a glimpse of Sai Pallavi's different avatars, including that of a 'naadan' girl well versed in kalari. With its ominous background score and misty visuals set in Ooty , the trailer is sure to scare you. The psychological thriller also features Atul Kulkarni and Prakash Raj in important roles.

Helmed by debutant director Vivek, the movie is slated to release on April 12, ahead of Vishu. Check out the trailer here -
