Atharvaa Murali is a Tamil actor, well known for his roles in gruesome filmmaker Bala's Paradesi and in superhit Eetti. His new project took off today with a simple pooja ceremony.

The actor is starring in a movie under the Lyca Productions banner. This film will be a family entertainer directed by Acclaimed filmmaker Sarkunam, who is reuniting with the actor after Chandi Veeran. Sarkunam gave successful movies such as Kalavani and Vaagai Sooda Vaa.

Atharvaa plays the lead and heroine is yet to be finalized, the others in the star cast comprise Raj Kiran, Radhika Sarathkumar, JP, R.K. Suresh, Singam Puli, Kannada actor Ravi Khale, Sathru Bala Saravanan, Raj Ayyappa, G.M. Kumar, and few more prominent actors.

The movie boasts of a strong technical crew that includes a musical score by Ghibran. Sarkunam and Ghibran are collaborating after 10 years of the chartbuster Vaagai Sooda Vaa. Ustad Hotel fame Lokanathan handling cinematography and Raja Muhammad takes care of editing.

Atharvaa recently finished his next Kuruthi Aattam and it is ready for release. Kuruthi Aattam is helmed by Sri Ganesh, who received a lot of raving appreciation for his previous work 8 Thottakkal.
