Producer Aswini Dutt and Megastar Chiranjeevi have been good friends. But their friendship hasn't come in the way of the Vyjayanthi Movies supremo slamming the Megastar's stance on the three capitals issue. Recently, the 'Sye Raa' actor supported the Jaganmohan Reddy government's decision to develop Vizag, Amaravati and Kurnool as the new capitals of Andhra Pradesh.

"What does Chiranjeevi understand about the issue? The experiment has failed in the past in different countries," Dutt has said, speaking to a TV channel.

Going further, Dutt lauded Pawan Kalyan for fighting for farmers without caring about his film career that would have enriched him by several crores. He suggested that Chiru should learn from his younger brother.

Dutt's open criticism of Chiru is surprising, given that their relationship has visibly been strong.
