New additions to 'Asuran' cast

The Dhanush-Vettrimaaran combo is back with 'Asuran' for the fourth time after 'Polladhavan', 'Aadukalam' and 'Vada Chennai'. The film is based on the novel 'Vekkai' written by Sahitya Academy Award-winning writer Poomani. Manju Warrier is playing Dhanush's pair while Pasupathy, Ken Karunaas, Subramania Siva and director Balaji Shaktivel (making his acting debut) are on board for pivotal roles.
The latest additions to the cast of 'Asuran' are 'Aadukalam Naren and Pawan who have joined the shooting which is going on in full swing in and around Kovilpatti in Tirunelveli district. GVP is scoring the music, Velraj is handling the camera, Vivek Harshan is the editor and Kalaipuli S Thanu is producing under his banner V Creations.
