Dhanush's Asuran goes to Telugu!

Actor Dhanush and Vetrimaran had joined together for the fourth time after Pollathavan, Aadukalam and Vada Chennai with Asuran, which was produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu and was released on October 4.

The movie was based on the novel Vekkai by award winning writer Poomani, and also starring Manju Warrier, Pasupathy, Balaji Sakthivel, Ken Karunas and Prakash Raj, had music by GV Prakash.

Recently, Asuran collected 100 crores, and now it has been made official that Asuran will be remade in Telugu with Venkatesh playing the lead and will be produced by Suresh productions and Kalaipuli S Thanu.
