Well, the news is that Ghajini, the Tamil hit, was recently premiered in Mumbai exclusively for Amir Khan. It seems he was totally impressed with the performance of Asin, playing an impish model in the film, that he called her on the mobile and congratulated her. Sources say, Amir said that he thoroughly enjoyed the performance of Asin.

Coming as it did from Amir, it was indeed high praise for Asin.

Indeed things are going smoothly for the young and talented actress.

Asin has been roped in to act opposite Vijay in his next Puli to be directed by S J Suryah.

Vijay and Asin had teamed up for Sivakasi and the movie released last month has been doing good business now.
