Asin on a high

It seems Asin has toppled the likes of Nayantra and taken the top spot in Kollywood. The Malluwood actress has become the sought-after heroine among the popular actors and the directors.
Though just few films of hers sold in Tamil (M Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi, Gajini, Maja, Sivakasi), she is now acting opposite big stars in movies being produced by big banners.
Her forthcoming ventures include Dasavatharam opposite Kamal Haasan, Vijay's Pokkiri, Ajith's Aazhwar and Missiamma along with Cheran.
The movies would be completed one after another and would be released early next year. No doubt 2007 will have host of Asin's movies and she would rule the roost. Another good news for Asin is that her long-pending movie God Father has been finally completed and would hit the screens later this month.
