With its suspense-filled teasers, Avarude Ravukal has been keeping people talking. The film which dealt with a tinge of comedy is directed by Shanil Muhammad of Monkey Pen fame. The movie which was postponed multiple times has finally got a release date.

Reportedly, the film is expected to hit the theatres on June 23, 2017 as an Eid release. The movie is likely to lock horns with Prithviraj-Indrajith team's Tiyaan and Fahadh Faasil's much-awaited movie, Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum, directed by Dileesh Pothan.

'Avarude Ravukal' revolves around the lives of three happy-go-lucky youngsters, played by Unni Mukundan, Asif Ali and Vinay Forrt. Apart from the lead roles, the movie also has Nedumudi Venu who plays an old womanizer who is always ready to offer tips to the youngsters on love and romance. Versatile actor Mukesh also plays an important role in the film. Avarude Ravukal marks to be the third outing of Unni Mukundan-Asif Ali duo after Mallu Singh and I Love Me.
