Actor Asif Ali's police investigative thriller ‘Kuttavum Shikshayum’ was slated to hit the big screens on July 2, last year. But as theatres remain shut due to the pandemic, the makers had to push postpone the release. Later, the team was eyeing a direct OTT release. Now the latest is that the Rajeev Ravi directorial ‘Kuttavum Shikshayum’ is finally scheduled to hit screens on May 27. Sharing a brand new poster of the movie, actor Asif Ali himself announced the same through his Facebook handle. Take a look -

‘Kuttavum Shikshayum’ stars Asif Ali, Sunny Wayne, Sharafudheen, Alencier Ley Lopez, and Senthil Krishna in the lead roles. Directed by Rajeev Ravi, 'Kuttavum Shikshayum' is an investigative thriller based on true incidents - a jewelry robbery case the happened in Kasargod distrcit (2015). The movie has Asif Ali essaying the role of a circle inspector named Sajan Philip. Sunny Wayne, Sharafudheen, Alencier Ley Lopez, and Senthil Krishna also play cops in it. Sibi Thomas, a policeman in real life, who had also acted in ‘Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum’, has scripted ‘Kuttavum Shikshayum’ along with journalist Sreejith Divakaran. B Ajithkumar of Eeda fame edited the film photographed by Suresh Rajan of Thottappan fame. Arun Kumar VR produced it under the banner of Film Roll Productions.
