Every decade of Malayalam cinema history has showcased the growth of two stars to stardom, simultaneously. Be it the case of Nazir and Sathyan, Madhu and Ummer, Soman and Sukumaran or Mammootty and Mohanlal, every duo mentioned here has grown to big status in the same periods but in different styles and genres of films.

Two young stars Asif Ali and Nishan seem to be believing in the same theory as they are being called for to appear in back to back movies, together.

After the hit debut in ‘Rithu’ they will be featured in another movie coming out this week, ‘Apoorva Raagam’. The duo will come together once again for the new flick ‘Ithu Njangalude Katha’ announced this week.

‘Ithu Njangalude Katha’ will be scripted and directed by Rajesh Kannankara. Produced by Platinum creations, the movie will be cinematographed by Vijay Ulaganath. Biju Menon, Jagathy Sreekumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Saikumar, Vijayaraghavan, Devan, Bijukuttan, Abhishek, Samudrakani, Ananya and Alakanandha are also in the cast of the movie which had its pooja last week at Kochi.
