Leading Tamil actor Ashok Selvan and talented actress Keerthi Pandian tied the knot last September after a decade of dating. Their combo movie 'Blue Star' produced by Pa. Ranjith is already making waves ahead of its release with the songs becoming chartbusters. The much love couple's impeccable chemistry in the song video has caught the attention of netizens and movie lovers.

Meanwhile Ashok and Keerthi will be clashing at the box office on December 15th as 'Sabanayagan' starring the former and 'Kannagi' that has the latter headlining the cast are releasing worldwide. Industry insiders say that this is a rare occurence in Tamil cinema that films of a real life husband and wife are locking horns at the box office.

'Saba Nayagan', directed by CS Karthikeyan is produced by Aravind Jayabalan, Iyyappan Gnanavel & Captain Megavanan Isaivanan. Ashok Selvan, Megha Akash, Karthika Muralidharan, Chandini Chowdary and Others form the principal cast. Music is composed by Leon James.

'Kannagi' directed by Shaalin Zoya stars Keerthi Pandian in the role of a pregnant woman with Vetri, Adheshwar, Ammu Abhirami, and Vidya Pradeep in supporting roles. J Anoop Seelin, Shaan Rahman have composed the music, Ramji has handled the cinematograpy and Sarath is the Editor of movie. E5 Entertainment and Skymoon Entertainment are jointly producing.
