It's known that Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 'Sye Raa' has been shot on a set erected in Hyderabad's Kokapet. A long war episode was being shot till recently in the latest schedule.

At a time when Surender Reddy has been working with a team of Hollywood's accomplished technicians, severe rains have lashed the city. Due to this, sequences in night effect haven't been shot. The makers, therefore, called for a temporary suspension of the key schedule.

In the said schedule, which will be recommenced once the rains recede, fiery freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy (played by Chiru) spearheads his troops against British soldiers.

Produced by Ram Charan and starring also Amitabh Bachchan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathy, Sudeep, Jagapathi Babu and others, the biopic is a grand summer 2019 release.
