Arya's Special Birthday

Every year, Superstar's birthday is special; last year, it was extra special, owing to the uniqueness in the date - 12/12/12. This year, it's Arya's turn, as he completes 33 years today - on 11/12/13. Having been introduced by director Vishnuvardhan in 'Arinthum Ariyamalum' 8 years ago, Arya has come a long way in establishing himself as a talented actor - through movies like 'Madrasapattinam', 'Naan Kadavul', 'Avan Ivan', etc. and as the apple of girls' eyes through 'Kalaba Kadhalan', 'Boss Engira Baskaran', 'Raja Rani' and 'Arrambam'.
The actor, who was earlier portrayed as college cricketer in 'Ullam Ketkume', had later added in the Chennai Rhinos team, and has ever since been playing for Tamil Nadu in Celebrity Cricket League matches. Arya turned producer with 'Boss Engira Baskaran', through his home banner, The Show People. He also ventured further into distribution, snapping the FMS theatrical rights for 'Irandam Ulagam'.
