Aapne has been in news for bringing together the three macho Deol men Sunny, Bobby and Dharmendra for the first time on the silver screen. Few know that this film has given Aryan Vaid his big break. He plays the bad man in this Anil Sharma production that also stars Shilpa Shetty. The story line is different yet similar to one or two old English and Hindi flicks too.

The story revolves around Dharamji training Aryan Vaid for boxing in the Olympics. But the twist in the tale comes when Aryan goes abroad and hires another coach. This upsets Dharamji so much that he starts training his own son played by Bobby. His anger towards Aryan is justified, as he is his favorite student in his training school. The highlight of the film is the fight sequence between Bobby and Aryan. Both have worked very hard to be at their brawny best. One just can't wait to see the Deol magic along with boxing unfold on the silver screen.

Not just this. Aryan's life and more so his career seems to have taken a turn. He has just completed his work on TP Agarwal's Manoranjan with Vijay Raaz and debutant Kavita. He is also done with his Punjabi film Ek Jind Ek Jaan. He is also completed Bobby Kent's English film King's Cross which is a love story between a Srilankan Taxi driver (played by Aryan) and a British Citizen played by Fagen. He will soon be leaving for London to complete work on another Bobby Kent film Take 2 that stars Aryan opposite Sheena (UK) and Sabina.
