Superstar Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan was arrested by NCB couple days ago after they raided a rave party on a crusie ship and found him under influence of drugs. Following the arrest, Aryan was sent on a one day remand for investigation which was supposed to end on Monday. However, according to latest developments, court has extended Aryan's remand duration and he is going to stay in the NCB custody till Thursday.
Aryan's lawayer Satish Manishinde alleged that his client has no connection with the people who organised the cruise as he was only invited as a guest. Furthermore, he claimed that no contraband was found on Aryan's person and thus there is no ground for further remand custody.
On the other hand, NCB is being represented by Additional Solicitor General of India, Anil Singh who stated that agency has found incriminating evidence on Aryan's phone related to international drug trafficking. He said, "There is investigation about the payment modes and the several codes which were used. All the accused need to be confronted. The international transactions need to be investigated."
