Actor Arya who had last acted in dual roles in Magamuni directed by Santhakumar has completed Teddy directed by Shakti Soundarrajan, and co-starring his wife, actress Sayyeshaa. The movie which has a fantasy element is planned as a summer release.

Arya is also acting in his 30th movie rumoured to be titled as Salpetta and directed by Pa Ranjith, and the actor plays a boxer in this movie set in the 80s. Arya has turned a fitness freak for this role and he has been posting updates from gym where heis seen displaying his built body.

Today Arya had posted a workout video, captioning it "Sometimes u need to push Harder for Greater Results #PaRanjithFilm #Arya30 #Prelook #Preplook #chennaiMMA #SanthoshMaster @beemji @K9Studioz", and responding to the video, Sayyeshaa tweeted "It hurts just looking at you hubzy!! Too much hardwork! #proudwife".
