Arya is not bogged down by the controversies to his open statements on Malayalam cinema. He has now signed a Malayalam film for director Roshan Andrew.

The film titled ‘Mumbai Police’ also has the current Malayalam heart throb Prithviraj. Sources say both the young sensations will play cops in the film.

‘Mumbai Police’ will go on floors after Roshan Andrew completes his Mohanlal starrer ‘Casanova’ in June. In fact Arya was to play a role in Casanova itself along with the Malayalam super star. But things did not work out then.

Meanwhile in Tamil, 2011 is going to be the best year of his career so far as three of his films by three top directors will release. Bala's ‘Avan Ivan’, Lingusamy's ‘Vettai’ and Mysskin's ‘Mugamudi’ are expected to make Arya’s career zoom next year.
