Director Santhosh P.Jayakumar has given two back to back adult comedy entertainers that were super hits. 'Hara Hara Mahadevaki' and 'Iruttu Arayil Murattu Kuthu' hit the bull's eye in satisfying the target audience that is youngsters.

Now the director has come up with a clean film suitable for all sections of audience. His third film 'Ghajinikanth' starring Arya and Sayyesha has been certified with a clean U. The director has earlier claimed that 'Ghajinikanth' will definitely get a U certificate and the film has lived up to that promise.

'Ghajinikanth' has been produced by K.E.Gnanavelraja under his Studio Green banner. The film stars Karunukaran, Sathish, Kaali Venkat, Sampath and 'Motta Rajendran' among others. Balamurali Balu has provided the music score. The film is the Tamil remake of Telugu film 'Bhale Bhale Mahadivoy'.
