Actor Arya was last seen on screen last year in the comedy flick Ghajinikanth, pairing with his real jodi Sayyeshaa, and next he is returning after an year with the action packed thriller Magamuni. The movie is directed by Santhakumar who is returning after the well received Mouna Guru.

Magamuni is produced by Studio Green, and the movie's teaser and the recently released Sneak peek have been getting good response from the audience who are stunned with the visuals in them. The movie's theatrical rights have been acquired by Tharun pictures.

It has been made official that Magamuni has been censored U/A and the movie will be released worldwide on September 6. Magamuni also stars Indhuja, Mahima Nambiar, Ilavarasu, Jayaprakash, Aruldoss and many others, and has music scored by SS Thaman.
