Actor Arya apart from his busy schedule in Tamil is likely to do a Malayalam film that will be a multi starrer with Prithviraj playing the lead role.

In the film titled as Double Barrel` Arya will be donning the role that was supposed to have gone to Fahad Fazil who backed out of the project after initially accepting it.

Arya has said that he has read the script and the role offered to him was a significant one. He is however yet to give his nod for it.

If Arya acts in Two Barrel` it will be his third direct non-Tamil film after Urumi` (Malayalam) and Varudu` (Telugu). In Tamil the actor is shuttling between the sets of Purambokku` and Yatchan` directed by S.P.Jananathan and Vishnuvardhan respectively. His upcoming action thriller Meagamann` directed by Magizh Thirumeni is in the post-production stage.
