National Award winning director Jananathan is pacing fast with the shooting of his upcoming flick 'Purampokku'. The team has set out to Kulu Manali now for their next schedule. Vijay Sethupathi plays a railway kalasi, Arya a financial analyst, Shaam a police officer and Karthika plays a college professor in this film. We hear that Arya also doubles up as a social activist in 'Purampokku'. On inquiring further, there are buzzes indicating a relationship between Arya and Punjabi revoluntionary martyr, Bhagat Singh. While there is one news that suggests that Arya plays a descendant of Bhagat Singh, there is another that confirms that he plays the martyr himself.
