Actor Arya has already worked with director Shakti Soundarajan in 'Teddy'. We all know that the two reunited again for the alien thriller 'Captain' with Aishwarya Lekshmi as the female lead. Produced by The Show People and Think Studios, the movie's trailer was released today.

The 2.5-minute-long trailer opens with highly skilled army personnel Captain Vetriselvan played by Arya explaining military techniques. Then, the video gives us a glimpse at the eerie Sector 42 where no known biological life forms could be detected. The soldiers confront the predator kind extraterrestrial being in sector 42 and the showdown forms the story.

The sci-fi fantasy film stars Simran, Harish Uthaman, Kavya Shetty and Gokul Anand portraying prominent roles. Imman's background score, Yuva's visuals and Pradeep Ragav's cuts have added strength to the trailer but the VFX was weak on the downside. Released by Red Giant Movies, 'Captain' is all set to hit the screens worldwide on September 8.
