Recently, Ram Charan made a special request to 'Roja' and 'Bombay' actor Arvind Swamy. It had to do with 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy'.

Director Surender Reddy was looking for a suitable voice who can dub for Megastar Chiranjeevi's character in the Tamil version of the upcoming biopic. He felt that Arvind Swamy's voice would be apt. Since both Cherry and the director have maintained healthy relations with the Tamil actor since 'Dhruva' (2016), it was easy for them to approach him with the request. Swamy's voice was tested. "Some Tamil lines were sent to the actor, who WhatsApped his dubbing to Charan, who in turn made his father listen to it. Chiru immediately okayed the voice," a report says.

The Tamil version will also see Kamal Haasan give a voiceover. The Malayalam version sees Complete Actor Mohanlal doing much the same. The Telugu version has Pawan Kalyan on board doing it.

The film will hit the screens on October 2.
