Director Siddique has been planning for the Tamil remake of Malayalam super hit comedy flick 'Bhaskar The Rascal' for quite a long. First Thala Ajith and then Superstar Rajinikanth's names were connected with the project.

But now sources confirmed that the project has been firmed up with a hero you would least expected but definitely be a perfect fit. Arvind Swamy who has been on roll after the stupendous success of 'Thani Oruvan' in 2015 has become the most sought after and has been signing a few big ticket projects such as 'Bogan' in which he has paired up again with Jayam Ravi, 'Dhruva' the Telugu remake of 'Thani Oruvan' and 'Sathuranga Vettai 2'.

Nayanthara played the female lead in Malayalam original and we hope she is brought on board to essay the substantial role of a single mother in the Tamil version too. If this happens Arvind Swamy will be working with two evergreen queens of Kollywood at the same time. It is worth recalling that Trisha is acting with him in 'Sathuranga Vettai 2'.
