Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s 22nd movie is titled 'Custody'. Producer Srinivasaa Chitturi of Srinivasaa Silver Screen has plans to release the movie on May 12 in Telugu and Tamil.

The news is that Arvind Swami is playing the main antagonist in the movie. Named Raju aka Raazu, he embodies danger and menace. In today's poster, the antagonist is jailed but he might well be waiting in the wings for his opportunity under the sun. Is he seething with rage against the hero?

Starring Krithi Shetty as the heroine, the film is directed by Venkat Prabhu. It has 'Yashoda' actor Sampath Raj, Sarathkumar, Premji, Vennela Kishore, and Premi Vishwanath in other roles.

NC22 has music by the Ilaiyaraaja-Yuvan Shankar Raja duo. With dialogues by Abburi Ravi, its cinematography is by SR Kathir. Rajeevan is its production designer. Edited by Venkat Raajen (of Karthi's 'Viruman' fame), the film has stunts by Stun Siva (of 'Akhanda', 'Ramarao On Duty' and 'Gabbar Is Back' fame) and Mahesh Mathew (budding Kollywood action director).
