Arvind Swami, one of the heroes of 'Nawab', is in Hyderabad to promote the Mani Ratnam movie. Last night, he watched the gangster-family drama at a couple of theatres, where he was cheered by the enthusiastic crowds. (On Friday, new theatres were added across the Telugu states)

Overwhelmed, the 'Bombay' and 'Roja' actor shot a selfie video with the crowd. "Thanks for all the love and support," the senior actor said on Twitter.

This film and the popularity he gained with Ram Charan's 'Dhruva' mean a lot to the actor, whose comeback in movies happened in 2013 after he was on a sabbatical for years. 'Kadal', once again a Mani Ratnam' film, was a disaster in 2013. But his second outing in recent years with the masterful filmmaker is turning out to be a different experience.
