Arun Vijay to sue Prachi Desai

Arun Vijay and the makers of his forthcoming film âÂÂThadaiyara Thaakaâ have sent a legal notice to Bollywood actress Prachi Desai, as the actress âÂÂunceremoniouslyâ opted out of the project, which resulted in huge losses.
In the legal notice, the production house has listed out all the losses that had been incurred due to her, besides asking her to return the signing amount. âÂÂWe waited for Prachi Desai with all patience. But she never turned up,â the producers say.
Apparently, the actress came down to Chennai and even sat for a script narration. A photo shoot with Arun and subsequent shooting schedules were planned by the filmâÂÂs director Magizh Thirumeni.
Unfortunately, the actress cancelled her dates and flew back to Mumbai citing personal reasons. It was said that PrachiâÂÂs father fell ill and was hospitalised. It is also said that the actress is currently busy with a couple of Bollywood projects, including âÂÂGhayal Returnsâ and âÂÂInformerâÂÂ.
