Arun Vijay’s ‘Yaanai’ faces a major reshuffle in the release date – Hot update

Arun Vijay, one of the highly talented actors in Tamil cinema, joined forces with the top mainstream director and his brother-in-law Hari for the mass entertainer ‘Yaanai’ produced by Drumstick Productions.

Earlier, it was announced that ‘Yaanai’ will release in theatres on May 6 but now the makers have clarified that there is a change in the film’s release date. The production house took to its social media page to reveal that the new release date of ‘Yaanai’ is June 17.

Sharing a new poster, they wrote, “Humble to announce the change of release date upon distributors request #Yaanai all set to rule the screens from this June 17th in cinemas.” Priya Bhavani Shankar plays the romantic interest of Arun Vijay who will be seen as a villager.

The movie also stars Ammu Abirami, Radhika Sarathkumar, Prakashraj and Yogi Babu playing important characters. The music score is by G. V. Prakash and the film is said to be a racy thriller with family sentiments with Hari’s signature touch.
