In the trailer release function of “Savaale Samali` the film`s producer Arun Pandiyan lament about the struggles faced by producers these days.

“Gone are the times when it was not so difficult to produce films as the financiers, distributors, technicians and actors connected with the film owned the film they were working in. Nowadays a huge chunk of producer`s money goes towards the salaries of lead actors and the director. But no one comes forward to help the producer during the release of the film. The producer has to bear the brunt of financial difficulties in releasing a film. I have decided to release 'Savaale Samali' worldwide on my own. After knowing this my film`s lead actors came forward to give up Rs.5 lakhs from the respective salaries fixed for them. While I appreciate their kind gesture paid the salaries agreed upon. Stars and directors who are getting paid in crores do not give up even a paltry amount to help the Producer struggling to release the film.”

Savaale Samali` has been directed by Satya Siva of Kazhugu` fame and the film is scheduled to hit the screens on September 4.
