Promising hero Arulnithi was last seen on silver screens with the crime thriller Iravukku Aayiram Kangal, released last year. Having been known for his unconventional and unique choice of scripts right from his debut Vamsam, like Mouna Guru, Demonte Colony, Aaraathu Sinam etc to name a few,the actor's next is yet again a crime thriller.

Directed by debutant Barath Neelakantan, this movie bankrolled by SP productions has been titled K-13, and the first look of the movie released today has generated instant curiosity among the audience. The movie has Arulnithi paired with sandalwood beauty Shraddha Srinath of Vikram Vedha fame, who was last seen in Tamil in the Nivin Pauly starrer Richie.

With this crime flick expected to release in February, Arulnithi also has a number of projects in pipeline including the Karu Palaniappan directorial Pugazhenthi Enum naan, and an untitled multi-starrer flick bankrolled by Super Good Films, which has Priya Bhavani Shankar paired with him, besides also having Jiiva and Manjima Mohan as the other lead pair.
