Tamil cinema is gearing up for a mega clash in August with multiple highly anticipated films slated for grand releases. On August 15, audiences can look forward to Chiyaan Vikram's 'Thangalaan,' Prashanth's 'Andhagan' Arun Vijay's 'Vanangaan,' and Keerthy Suresh's 'Raghu Thatha.' Joining this exciting lineup is Arulnithi's eagerly awaited horror sequel.

Arulnithi teamed up with director Ajay Gnanamuthu last year to work on the sequel to their horror blockbuster, 'Demonte Colony.' Today, the filmmakers officially announced that 'Demonte Colony 2' will also hit cinemas on August 15, intensifying the competition. Red Giant Movies has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights for this film, and the team plans to unveil a release trailer this evening.

Produced by Gnanamuthu Pattarai and White Nights Entertainment, 'Demonte Colony 2' features an ensemble cast including Arulnithi, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Antti Jaaskelainen, Tsering Dorjee, Arun Pandian, Muthukumar, Meenakshi Govindarajan, Sarjano Khalid, Archana Ravichandran, and others. The musical score for the movie is composed by Sam CS.
