Sekhar Kammula’s films come with one or another artistic touch. He elevates his stories with unique aesthetic elements. In ‘Love Story’, which stars Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, the director has deployed water-colour paintings.
It’s learned that the artworks have been created by artist Moshe Dayan exclusively for the dance-based drama. In the lyrical video of ‘Nee Chitram Choosi’, we see glimpses of this. Dayan has created water-colour interpretations of Hyderabad’s monuments and iconic locations such as Taramati Baradai. Kammula reportedly approached Dayan and briefed him about what he was looking for.
‘Love Story’ is scheduled to hit the screens on April 16. With music by Pavan Ch, the drama is produced by Narayan Das K Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao. Cinematography is by Vijay C Kumar, while editing is by Marthand K Venkatesh.
