Artist Association CM inaugurate

The Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was in full mood on Thursday morning at the inauguration of the Kannada Cinema Artists Association massive building. This is the biggest in the Indian cinema industry with three floors and many amenities. It is known as ‘Raj Bhavan’ officially. On 9th and 11th two events are taking place at this Kannada Cinema Artists Association. It is situated opposite Kannada Sahitya Parishat and adjacent to popular newspaper Vijaya Karnataka.

The chief minister cutting the tape participated in the Pooja and spoke to seniors actors Dr B Saroja Devi, Hema Chaudhary and then moved to the third floor where 300 plus seating latest technology theatre is situated. As the screening was well planned and in brief given tribute to artists who left us, chief minister also watched two songs of Dr Rajkumar and one of Dr Ambarish films.

The politicians Zamir Ahmed, Anand Singh and a few bureaucrats were present. From artists fraternity, President of Kannada cinema Artists association Dr Ambarish, Rockline Venkatesh, Doddanna, Dr Shivarajakumar, S V Rajendra Singh Babu, Raghavendra Rajakumar, Puneeth Rajakumar, Dhuniya Vijay, Jai Jagadish, Hamsalekha, Ramesh Aravind, Dr B Saroja Devi, Hema Chaudhary, MN Lakshmi Devi, Pramila Joshai, Vijayalakshmi Singh, Dr Sunder Raj and others were present in the morning event of inauguration.
