Actor Ranbir Kapoor recently made an appearance at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia where he heaped praises on the Pakistani film 'Legend of Maula Jatt' and expressed interest in collaborating with Pakistani artists as he believes that art transcends geographical boundaries.
During a public event at the festival, someone from audience asked Ranbir, “Now we have a platform like Saudi Arabia where we can jointly do films, I would love to sign you for a film, would you be willing to work with the Pakistani team along with your team in Saudi Arabia?”
Ranbir replied, “Of course sir. I think there are no boundaries for artistes, especially for arts. Many congratulations to the Pakistan film industry for Maula Jatt. It is one of the biggest hits that we have seen in the last few years. Of course, I would love to.” Ranbir had shared screen with 'Legend of Maula Jatt' star Fawad Khan in the film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.
For the unversed, Pakistani actors not allowed to work in India due to the political tensions between the two countries.
