Each day we hear about actors or directors testing positive. Keeping this in mind, actor Arshad Warsi has been vaccinated. He took the first dose of the vaccine at a hospital in Vile Parle and shared the news on Twitter and Instagram.

He shared a picture of himself flexing his bicep and wrote, "Vaccine lagao immunity badhao…And it is done… more vaccinated people, equals to less coronavirus."

Arshad is going to star in the film 'Bachchan Pandey' and its lead actor Akshay Kumar was tested positive few days ago. It was smart on Arshad's part to get vaccinated. In the movie 'Bachchan Pandey', Akshay will portray a gangster who aspires to be an actor. Warsi will play the role of his friend. This might come natural to Arshad as his most iconic character, Circuit was quite similar to this. The film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Kriti Sanon.
