'Mercury', the Prabhu Deva-starring silent thriller, is directed by Kollywood's Karthik Subbaraj.  Touted to be an experimental film, it is presented by Pen Studios and Stone Bench Films and produced by Jayantilal Gada and Karthikeyan Santanam.  

The makers organized a special screening in Hyderabad very recently. 'Arjun Reddy' director Sandeep Reddy Vanga watched it, only to heap praises on the thriller."It's a very intense film for the genre.  Prabhudeva's performance is great.  And technically, it's a brilliant piece of work.

Santosh Narayan's music is mind-blowing and the Art work reminded me of Hollywood director David Fincher's movies.  The chemical element Mercury is associated with the story.  It will stand out for urban audience for sure.  Totally I loved the film. Had a great experience."

The thriller with no dialogues will be released by KFC Entertainments in Telugu.  It releases on April 13.
