'Arjun Reddy' to have another remake

'Arjun Reddy', the 2017 Telugu-language blockbuster featuring Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey, will now be remade in Malayalam. E4E, a well-known Mollywood production house, has bagged both its remake and dubbing rights. They will go for a remake for a wide theatrical release.

It's known that the Sandeep Vanga-directed cult romance is already being remade in Tamil with Vikram’s son Dhruv (debutant) as the hero. This is expected to be raw and more realistic than the original.

In Hindi, Sandeep is directing another remake version with Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor as the hero. This will hit the screens in June 2019.

If everything goes well, 'AR' will have a Kannada remake as well.
