Vijay Devarakonda's 'Arjun Reddy', directed by Sandeep Vanga, is a coming-of-age rom-com set in the backdrop of a medical college. Shalini is the film's heroine.

The news is that its theatrical rights have been sold out to Asian and KFC Entertainments. It was a "fancy" offer, say sources. This applies to the Telugu States. Sunil Narang of Asian Films had earlier distributed 'Baahubali-2'.

Vijay plays an aggressive, arrogant medico who is in love with Preety Shetty (played by Shalini). Like Vijay Shalini too have a theatre background.

Shot in various locations across Hyderabad, Mangalore, Dehra Dun, Delhi and Italy, the emotional romantic drama has music by Radhan. Thota Raju is the cinematographer.
