If sources are to be believed, then the latest development on 'Farzi' has replaced Shahid Kapoor with Arjun Kapoor instead.

Sources claim that the reason Shahid lost the project, being that he could not accommodate it in his already busy schedule. Initially, the film was supposed to take place in February, then it got pushed to June. But now that Shahid is going to get married in July, the makers, Krishna D.K. and Raj Nidimoru, didn't want to delay the film further. And so has considered to rope in Arjun. If all goes well, then Arjun will share the screen with Kriti Sanon, who was finalised as the leading lady of 'Farzi'.

As of now, nothing has been confirmed as yet and so far, the directors as well as Arjun has not reacted on this.
