Director Shankar presented the official trailer of his upcoming production venture 'Aneethi' today. Directed by Vasantha Balan, the intense thriller has Arjun Das and Dushara Vijayan in the lead roles. The trailer gives a spine-chilling experience with some extremely violent moments.

We see Arjun Das playing a frustrated food delivery boy in this 2.5-minute video and his customers are driving him crazy. Though he tries to battle his inner demon, society pushes him to unleash the sociopath in him. The story revolves around Arjun Das's relationship with the outer world, his love interest Dushara and what happens when he breaks bad.

The film seems to have some strong dialogues and one of them in the trailer is the line about how privatisation affects a common man. Aneethi promises to be a thriller filled with intense storyline, gritty visuals and a great craft. We also get a feeling that the movie is lightly inspired by Stanley Kubrick's 'The Shining,' though it looks authentic.

Produced by Urban Boyz Studios and Elma Pictures, the enthralling film is coming to the cinemas on July 21st.
